HR Coordinator
About the role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the administration of HR activities across the team, delivering a customer-centric service to the business.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, supporting the full employee lifecycle, and acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries. You will work closely with colleagues across departments to maintain accurate records, support compliance, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
This role requires someone who is highly organised, process-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency. Our ideal candidate will be:
Customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering a positive employee experience.
A completer-finisher, who enjoys administration and takes pride in seeing tasks through to completion.
A strong communicator, with well-developed writing skills and the ability to build credibility across teams.
Comfortable with autonomy, using initiative and common sense, while knowing when to seek support.
You will have experience with payroll and HR systems, within a professional services or corporate environment.
