This role is for a Resourcer, ideal for a graduate or someone with up to 2–3 years of experience in research, recruitment, or a related field. You will support Fee Earners at Consultant, Principal and Partner level across multiple sectors. Specifically, this support will be to identify, assess, and engage candidates for executive interim assignment. Additionally, you will manage an ongoing relationship with the interim market, as well as assisting with new business development and client facing work where needed.
